Does it actually do things, or just draft?
It does things. It reads and sends through your real accounts, runs actions in your apps, drives a browser, places calls and produces files. The one thing it will not do is take an outward step without your yes.
What happens at a login or a captcha?
It hands you the page. You sign in, it takes the page back and continues. It never types your password.
Can an agent go rogue and spam people?
No. Sends are blocked in code until approved, paced per channel, deduped per person, and refused for anyone on your do-not-contact list. Those rules apply even after you approve.
